Return Policy

When you buy an item from EqualCraft.com, you should be able to expect a high standard of customer service, both before and after you receive your order. In accordance with our partnership with Amazon our returns and refunds policies are essentially the same as the Amazon.com Marketplace policies.

Returns

If you receive an item different than what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, you must contact us directly to report the defect or damage within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We should be able to reach an amicable agreement with one another. If necessary, you can return your item to us for a refund. Please note that items purchased from EqualCraft.com need to be returned directly to the us and not to Amazon.com.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment. When writing to us to arrange for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items valued at over $75 must be returned to Equal Craft with a traceable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Sending the return via a trackable shipping method protects you in the event we don't receive an item.

EqualCraft.com strives to maintain a marketplace that is fair to buyers. Note that Delivery Confirmation through the U.S. Postal Service does not offer a signature service. If the seller's return address is a P.O. Box, you will need to ship USPS, but be sure to request signature confirmation and insurance for USPS shipments.

Refunds

Equal Craft can create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), Equal Craft may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of your request. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and Amazon.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

Privacy Policy

We have teamed with Amazon Services to make buying quick and easy. Selections from our store and from Amazon.com are available through our site, which is powered by Amazon Services. When you order from our web site, you will need to use your existing Amazon.com account or create a new Amazon.com account. Your account information will be collected and used by Amazon.com and subject to the Amazon.com Privacy Notice below. Equalcraft.com knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting Equalcraft.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Amazon.com Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at Amazon.com. Here are the types of information we gather.

  • Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. Click here to see examples of what we collect. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.
  • Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Amazon.com or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of Amazon.com on other Web sites. Click here to see examples of the information we receive.
  • E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Amazon.com if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences.
  • Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Click here to see examples of the information we receive.
What About Cookies?

  • Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as 1-Click purchasing, Recommended for You, personalized advertisements on other Web sites (e.g., Amazon Associates with content served by Amazon.com and Web sites using Checkout by Amazon payment service), and storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.
  • The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on's settings or visiting the Web site of its manufacturer. However, because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of Amazon.com's essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any Amazon.com products and services that require you to Sign in.
Does Amazon.com Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries Amazon.com, Inc. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice. How Secure Is Information About Me?

  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
  • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Which Information Can I Access?
Amazon.com gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with Amazon.com for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. Click here to see some examples, the list of which will change as our Web site evolves.

What Choices Do I Have?

  • As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of such Amazon.com features as Your Profile.
  • You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced in the "Which Information Can I Access?" section. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
  • If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences on Amazon.com. (If you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of Amazon.com, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.)
